The inners are adjustable for fit, up to a point.
The medium is good for up to about a 59 cm head, the large is good for 59-61 cm.
The inner on these helmets is plastic with a leather headband.
Ideal army helmets for paintball and softair use. They are also fairly similar in appearance to the famous US army M1 WW2 helmet so can be used as a cheaper alternative to one of these for certain purposes.
